Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at amavanities.com. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products/business and to maintain the highest standards, all sales are final
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason unless the following exception applies:
- Damaged or Defective Products Upon Arrival: If your order arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at amafurniture626@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage or defect. We will review the situation and, if deemed appropriate, we may offer a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. We do not offer refunds in these situations.
Process for Damaged/Defective Items:
1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at amafurniture626@gmail.com and describe the damage or defect, attaching clear photos as evidence.
2. We will review your claim and respond within 30 business days.
3. If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you (subject to stock availability).
Exceptions:
Besides damaged or defective items upon arrival as described above, we do not make exceptions for returns or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect ordering
- Products not meeting personal expectations
